Attention hockey families, it’s time to start gearing up for our
2008-2009 Hockey season!
The Iowa City / Coralville Hockey board has been busy working on recruitment and fundraising this summer and we have some exciting news to share with you. One change you should note is that our organization is now known as Iowa City/ Coralville Hockey (ICH) and we have a new logo (but the same great hockey program!). We also have a new web site address www.iowacitycoralvillehockey.org.
Please mark your calendars and plan to attend registration on either Tuesday, September 9th OR Thursday, September 11th from 5:00- 7:00 p.m. at Coral Ridge Ice Arena.
There will be an informational parent meeting at 6:00 p.m. both nights. The parent meeting will include a discussion on program changes, sponsorship, practice schedule, and an opportunity to meet the coaches.
There will also be equipment fitting for beginners and equipment exchange for returning players. Please bring any gear that you would like to donate or sell to the rink. Mark items with your initials and the price.
Also, don’t forget to register with USA Hockey. You can do this by visiting www.usahockeyregistration.com. Bring the registration sheet with you on September 9th or 11th.
You can download the brochure that contains registration information before the meeting. If you have any urgent questions, you can call 888-693-7120 and a volunteer will return your call as soon as possible, or we can answer all your questions at the registration nights.
